The pages in this book are in wonderful shape. NO writing, dog ears or tears. The pages a few back will not even lay flat because they have not been "pressed". The only damage is minor the the tear on the outside spine where the indention for the binding is ...and the top right as worn corner...I took photos of EVERYTHING for those of you who have ask. Feel free to contact me with any additional information.
